Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content that captivates and informs our audience while adhering to Apple’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
- Engage with followers and address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to boost product visibility and sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform future social media strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and develop actionable insights for improvement.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual content and design.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and trends.
